5. Palm Beach Seafood Restaurant

Above Palm Beach Seafood Restaurant
Before settling down along Fullerton Bay in 2014, Palm Beach Seafood Restaurant had first set up shop along old Upper East Coast Road, back in 1956, as a pushcart roadside stall selling stir-fried crabs. Expanding its business to establish a restaurant in the early 1960, Palm Beach had moved from Upper East Coast Road to Halifax Road, Kallang Park and finally to Fullerton Bay, where it remains today, attracting a crowd of working professionals and tourists. Now, get to admire the panoramic views of the city skyline as you enjoy the authentic flavours of Singaporean cuisine.
Its new menu includes coveted favourites including its sweet and sour fish with a twist, and oyster sauce chicken. A visit to Palm Beach will not be complete without indulging in one of its signature seafood dishes—indulge in its famous chilli crab, black pepper crab, or its award-winning coco-lobo. Its signature chilli crab is fragrant with tender and juicy meat, while the sauce is savoury with a hint of sweetness. Book here.
