The progressive Indian restaurant’s fourth menu showcases the flavours of the multitude Indian cities—from the Southern coast of Malabar to the Northern region of Punjab, tweaked to suit today’s discerning gourmands. Travel through India with the Experience menu, comprising signatures such as fresh paneer served with spiced onions; Australian lobster mingled with naga chillies and garlic and served in the shell; and the classic ras malai dessert layered with fresh mango chunks and cardamom. 2. Db Bistro & Oyster Bar

Chef Daniel Boulud has curated four three-course dinner menus this month to celebrate Tour de France 2022, the renowned cross-nation bike race. Menus rotate weekly, shining the spotlight on regionally inspired classic French fare. This week, indulge in soulful recipes from the regions of Eastern France with the likes of Burgundy escargot fricassée, earthy escargot with wild mushrooms, spinach, spätzle and chicken jus; and coq au vin, red wine-braised chicken dish served with bacon and mushrooms. 3. Le Petit Chef

Embark on a 3D dining experience as Grand Hyatt Singapore launches Le Petit Chef’s latest storyline: how to become the world’s greatest chef. The truly immersive dining experience is brought to life through overhead projection and 3D digital project mapping by world-renowned artists of Skullmapping. Follow the 58mm-tall chef as he guides diners through a culinary journey from Europe to South America, sharing more about the powerful history of various vegetables such as heirloom tomatoes.
 
Watch as Le Petit Chef whips up tantalising dishes right in front of you, before being served the real-life versions prepared by executive sous chef Steffan Heerdt. Dig into mouth-watering fare like the juicy free-range chicken ballotine with creamy celeriac purée and sweet Morrel mushrooms. 4. Barossa Steak & Grill

This steakhouse has debuted a host of new dishes as part of The Great Steak Escape 2022, a month-long campaign promoting the wonders of Australian beef and lamb. Look forward to three new dishes, including the MC herd lamb saddle. The decadent dish comprises juicy Aussie lamb saddle with a fricassee of cauliflower, kalamata olives and pinenuts. It’s served alongside a fragrant gremolata, adding brightness to the dish. Kids can sink their teeth into the tater tots meat pie, a kid’s special that sees succulent Stanbroke Australian Wagyu beef enveloped in buttery shortcrust pastry. Available from now until June 30. 5. Book Ahead: Caffe Fernet

Head to this Italian restaurant for golden hour and imbibe on cocktails crafted by guest bartender Fabio Fanni of Tuscan restaurant Locale Firenze in Italy. Exclusively available for dinner on June 22, the event offers innovative cocktails like the Gimlet, Fanni’s twist on the classic cocktail comprising Hendrick’s Neptunia Gin, lemongrass and Salicornia cordial.
 
What’s a cocktail without nibbles, right? Complement your drinks with refreshing summer tomato focaccia, and gorgeously charred octopus. For something heartier, the cacio e pepe is complete with rich pecorino cheese and pepper sauce. Book here.
