Whet the appetite with an amuse bouche and an assortment of refreshing canapés, before revelling in an aromatic Koshihikari rice crowned with luxurious Oscietra caviar. Then, be enthralled by dishes such the signature Berlingots, comprising delicate pasta parcels filled with rich French cheese fondue enlivened with savoury beetroot broth, as well as blue lobster from Brittany.
