1. Melt Café
This popular buffet restaurant has unveiled its latest Flavours of India menu, exclusively available from August 17 to 21. Curated by chef Arun Mathur, this menu sees an array of authentic Indian specialities alongside local and international favourites. Start the meal at its live chaat station, where you will find an array of freshly made chaat accompanied by masala and chutney. Then dig into tantalising mains like the tandoori lamb chops, slow-cooked duck curry and Irani Murgh Biryani.
