Molly Malone's Irish Pub
Molly Malone’s, the first Irish pub to open in Singapore in 1995, offers a truly Irish experience—from its rustic wooden interiors to classic dishes you can enjoy with refreshing pints of beer. Curated specially for the hotel’s ‘A Sense of Ireland’ campaign, which brings Irish and Singaporean communities together, L’Espresso will offer highlights such as an oven-roasted Irish duck with griottines cherry sauce and Irish colcannon lamb shepherd’s pie, accompanied by local delights such as laksa and Singapore chilli crabmeat with mantou.

Another Irish classic, Muddy Murphy’s is partnering with Guinness come St Patrick’s Day for an exclusive deal. From 1759 hours on March 17, imbibers will receive free pints of Guinness for the next 17 minutes and 59 seconds to mark the 1759 opening of Arthur Guinness’ brewery at St James’ Gate.
