Located in the Ghim Moh neighbourhood is Meatkrafters, a 24/7 gourmet butchery grocer that is home to  premium meat cuts, artisanal cheese, house-branded soups, and an extensive selection of wines. 

Beef lovers are in for a treat with its selection of cuts sourced from Australia, USA, New Zealand, Argentina, and Brazil. Worth noting are the special miso-aged beef which the team dry ages in-house; Wagyu picanha, which is popular for its tender and succulent texture; Grass-fed Wagyu beef, another hot favourite that comes in both MB2+ and MB4+; and Japanese A5 Wagyu beef. More than the beef options, the grocer carries a ready-to-roast pork kit or ‘sio bak’, which comes with a recipe guide for customers to easily prepare it at home.

Here, its meat selections are sourced from sustainable farmers and artisanal suppliers from Australia, New Zealand and the US. Look out for premium cuts of grass-fed and grain-fed beef, sustainably farmed fish and other delicacies including burger patties and hot pre-cooked meats. While produce can be prepared at home, you can also opt to have your purchased meats grilled at Culina Bistro.
