May 8 and 9, from 8pm

Dive into Republic Bar’s 60s-inspired cocktail story and the tarot-themed creations of Manila’s Fat Cat in a two-night exclusive takeover. Republic’s Volume Four menu celebrates the golden age of 1960s television, reimagining iconic broadcast genres—from film and drama to music, sport, news and cartoons—into inventive, nostalgia-infused cocktails that transport guests to the decade’s most memorable moments.

Complementing this, Fat Cat brings selections from its tarot-inspired menu, where each cocktail becomes a playful, evocative interpretation of a Major Arcana card, crafted with careful attention to flavour, texture and balance. Together, these two distinct philosophies—retro broadcast culture and intuitive, mystical mixology—share the same bar, offering guests a rare opportunity to explore creativity, storytelling, and technique in one immersive experience.

Exclusively for Mastercard cardholders, this collaboration transforms the evening into more than a tasting—it’s a journey through history, imagination and artistry behind the bar.

Ami Patisserie x Chi Longevity

Above Award-winning pastry chef Makoto Arami reimagines indulgence that’s good for your well-being at the Tatler Best Takeover Series

May 14 and 15, lunch only

As part of our inaugural diversity session curated exclusively for Citi Ultima guests, this wellness-led experience offers a more introspective take on dining—one that bridges gastronomy with the science of longevity. Set within the serene surrounds of longevity partner Chi Longevity, located at venue partner Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, the by-invite-only experience offers clinical insight and culinary expression in a format that reflects the series’ spirit of cross-disciplinary exchange.

Guests begin with an intimate fireside conversation with Chi Longevity’s medical experts, unpacking how nutrition, daily habits and lifestyle choices shape long-term wellbeing. This is followed by a series of non-invasive assessments, from grip strength and cognitive tests to advanced biomarker scans, offering a personalised snapshot of their health.

The experience culminates in a six-course lunch by Makoto Arami, the chef-owner of Ami Patisserie and Tatler Best Singapore’s Best Pastry Chef awardee in 2025. While Arami is known for his decadent pastries and viennoiseries, he has crafted a six- course omakase menu that reimagines indulgence that is good for your well-being.

By invite only.
