Bostonian Seafood & Grill at The Langham, Hong Kong specially presents a Surf 'n’ Turf Night featuring up to 20 combinations of delicacies. Guests can sample a hearty feast of vibrant flavours such as grilled steaks (including Australian wagyu strip loin, US prime rib-eye, US Kurobuta pork chop, Australian grass-fed tenderloin or double chopped New Zealand lamb rack), paired with a selection of sauces, including black peppercorn sauce, red wine bordelaise, chimichurri and lemon caper sauce.
Guests can enjoy their chef’s section steaks and chops with an alluring range of seafood items, such as Alaskan king crab legs, jumbo prawns and scallops. Guests can also opt for a half lobster for an additional HK$50. The Surf 'n' Turf menu also includes an endless refill of truffle fries and mixed salad. Guests can also enjoy a glass of sommelier’s selection of red or white wine for an additional HK$88 per person.
The Surf 'n’ Turf menu is priced from HK$388 per person, available every Monday and Tuesday.
