Bostonian Seafood & Grill

Enjoy generous servings of a variety of fresh seafood over a good wine list in a laid back ambience

Hidden in the basement of The Langham hotel, Bostonian Seafood & Grill leans into its subterranean nature with dark leather banquettes, distressed wooden panelling and contemporary art and photography that make for a stylish dining experience. The menu is split into seafood and steaks, and though the seafood has some bright spots, it’s really the steak section where the kitchen shines. The US striploin is handled well, retaining a plump and moist interior, while the dry-aged Australian Wagyu ribeye is delectably beefy in flavour. Do come hungry, as the portions are generously sized and preclude the possibility of dessert in most cases.

Signature Dishes

  • Seafood tower
  • Hot oysters
  • Dry-aged tomahawk steak

Tatler Tip

The steaks come with a range of choices for the sides, but it’s the sauces where the indecisive will be challenged, with the likes of bourbon peppercorn and lemon and caper butter available to pick from.

Must Try

  • Signature Seafood tower
  • 28-day artisanal dry-aged Ireland Tomahawk
  • Boston lobster baked on beach stone and seaweed
