Set against the backdrop of the Tung Chung shoreline, this one-night-only event marries historic viticulture with contemporary culinary finesse.
At the heart of the evening is Château d’Aqueria, a winery from France’s southern Rhône Valley known for its centuries-old winemaking history and unique Mediterranean terroir that yield balanced and complex bottles. Guests will be guided through a tasting of three selected wines from the château by Benjamin Bost, ambassador of the Rhône Valley, whose expertise will offer insight to the nuances of each vintage.
