Enjoy a scrumptious brunch with breathtaking vistas over the sea

Sunset Grill, the rooftop grill and terrace restaurant at Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung, has extended its brunch to an all-weekend affair, featuring new sharing dishes and main courses as well as an elevated free-flow beverage package.

The Sunset Grill weekend brunch starts on a high note with a finger-friendly seafood platter selection of whole Boston lobsters, langoustine, seasonal oysters, steamed bouchon mussels and cherry stone clams. When the platter has been picked clean and washed down with free-flow Veuve Cliquot, eye-catching starters to share will arrive and include foie gras parfait, house chutney, brioche Maryland sweet crab cakes and signature grilled octopus with romesco.

Main courses are presented with panache from the charcoal grill and kitchen. Choose from Australian grain-fed stockyard T-bone steak for two, New Zealand lamb rack, Duroc pork, porcini and wild mushroom risotto or pan-seared chilean seabass.
 
The weekend brunch finds the sweet spot with its dessert bar of delicate crowd-pleasing patisserie and cakes including milk tea pear cake, Japanese cheesecake mango mille-feuille, apple crumble tart and coconut and mango panna cotta.

The weekend brunch experience would not complete without the enhanced free-flow drinks package. For a supplement of HK$388, free-flow Veuve Clicquot, Aperol Spritz, Mimosa, Bloody Mary, house wines, beers, soft drinks, fresh juices can be enjoyed. Guests can also order from Hong Kong’s first Bloody Mary Trolley which will see the special cocktails prepared table-side.
