Discover the Six Hands Chef’s Table at Alibi - Wine Dine Be Social

Cordis, Hong Kong is debuting an exclusive six-hands chef’s table at Alibi – Wine Dine Be Social. The private dining experience features degustation menus that change quarterly, allowing curious gourmands to embark on a unique epicurean adventure curated by three culinary masterminds and chefs including culinary director Paul McLoughlin; chef de cuisine James Oakley; and executive pastry chef Roy Ma.

Guests can dine in the inviting yet elegant private room in which the three chefs come together once a month to bring their favourite seasonal produce, signature styles, flavours and colours to impress VIP guests and awaken all five senses of touch, sight, hearing, smell and taste. Each dish is then paired with either an extraordinary wine or a special cocktail handpicked by the manager and award-winning chief mixologist Leo Ko.
