This Mid-Autumn Festival, Shang Palace has launched a collection of traditional and innovative mooncakes alongside gift boxes and festive hampers. Signature offerings include the Shang Palace 30-year aged mandarin peel and red bean paste mooncakes, as well as the classic Shang Palace double egg yolks with white lotus seed paste mooncakes, crafted using traditional methods and a time-honoured recipe. Also available is the Shang Palace mini lava egg custard mooncakes and mini egg custard mooncakes, each delivering velvety texture and a rich and aromatic flavour with every bite.

Beyond traditional creations, Shang Palace’s signature creative series will introduce a series of contemporary mooncakes this year, including the nourishing mooncake duet, harmonious tea infusion mooncake duet and pistachio mooncake duet. Each of these sets offer a distinctive, modern interpretation of Mid-Autumn traditions with premium ingredients. Another highlight in the creative collection is the durian snowy mooncake duet, which features to fragrant pastries: Musang King and Black Thorn durian, and coconut and pandan.
