As summer approaches, Mandarin Grill + Bar is launching a brand new tasting menu showcasing the season’s abundance and freshest produce. Designed and crafted by chef de cuisine Simon Guthridge, the menu features a range of dishes including confit and smoked trout, and organic milk-fed Welsh lamb. The new tasting menu is priced at HK$3,288 for two persons, available for both lunch and dinner. New dishes are available on the new a la carte menu.
