This spring, Mandarin Grill + Bar is launching a brand new seasonal tasting menu. Designed and crafted by resident chef de cuisine Simon Guthridge, the new tasting menu features Guthridge’s new range of signature dishes, including confit and smoked trout, Japanese amadai, oven-roasted Tasmanian Robbins Island wagyu, and banoffee cake. The exclusive tasting menu is priced at HK$3,288 for two, available for both lunch and dinner, alongside a full a la carte menu.
