Gather around and unite for Jiangsu Club’s seasonal offers as Lunar New Year highlights a luxurious array of auspicious cuisine

The eight-person set menu begins with Jiangsu deluxe seafood salad, the lo hei. Lo hei features a luxurious selection of fresh seafood, beautifully cut and served alongside fresh vegetables on a large platter.

Hot dishes on the menu include sautéed West Australian lobster with chilli sauce; grilled oysters with leeks and ginger; sautéed dried diced abalone with homemade dried shrimp sauce; sautéed star grouper fillet with sweet pea; free range chicken with scallion soy sauce, and a highly seasonal sautéed fresh winter bamboo shoot with organic bean sprouts.

The set menu is completed with the restaurant’s signature xiao long bao and dessert. The ten-course festive menu is priced at HK$6,888 per set, whilst lo hei can be ordered separately at HK$1,888.
