New seasonal dishes by chef Junno Li to celebrate the gourd

Experience delicious, refreshing seasonal gourds with The Chinese Library's Jade Harvest. Chef Junno Li has crafted a tasting menu inspired by the jade-green vegetables from the Cucurbitaceae. The ten-dish feast features premium ingredients including fish maw, abalone, Peking duck, Wagyu ribs, mud crab, and more, paired with fresh seasonal vegetables.

Highlights include the jade crystal, a delicate sphere of chilled winter melon infused with lime, lemongrass, and fish sauce, served with fish maw jelly and fresh lotus seed skewered with a flying arrow. The crispy roast Peking duck with cucumber and caviar is a luxurious layered feast, whilst the five-spice Wagyu rib is slow-stewed for over three hours and served with crunchy celtuce. End the meal on a sweet note with snow fungus and watermelon sweet soup, a chilled dessert made with fresh snow fungus and watermelon pearls, accompanied by a crispy custard and coconut puff.

Jade Harvest is available now until October 15, as individual dishes or in the Jade Harvest tasting menu for HK$988 per person.
