The Chinese restaurant presents six variations on dishes featuring the beloved crustacean
This summer, Hotel Icon’s Above & Beyond is launching a new series of lobster specialties. The beloved crustacean is prepared in six different ways, with a new series of dishes including steamed Boston lobster claw with huadiao wine and egg whites; wok-fried Boston lobster with dried chillies and shallots; wok-fried local lobster with black garlic and matsutake mushrooms and wok-fried local lobster with champagne sauce. Above & Beyond’s new lobster delicacies are available from now until July 31, 2020.
