Enjoy 1kg mud crab plus all-you-can-eat crab dishes at Cruise’s rooftop dining room
Cruise Restaurant & Bar has launched a new weekly experience tailored for sea lovers across Hong Kong. Available every Thursday evening, the aptly named ‘Holy Crab’ night dinner set presents the prized crustacean in a variety of forms. A show-stopping, one kilogram mud crab takes centre stage, prepared in a style of your choice: Singaporean chilli, Hong Kong typhoon-shelter, Nyonya curry or steamed with ginger.
Also on the menu are a selection of all-you-can-eat crab dishes, including Cruise’s signature crab tom yum soup as well as new menu items such as the crab omelette with sriracha sauce, deep-fried soft shell crab and crab fried rice. This feast is accompanied by unlimited servings of deep-fried crispy mantou, an ideal accompaniment for each crab-tastic dish.
Cruise’s ‘Holy Crab’ night dinner menu is available on Thursdays and priced from HK$548 per person (minimum two guests per table). An optional ice cream duo of cacao and coconut, and mango sticky rice flavours are available as an add on from HK$48 per bowl.
