Explore the flavours of authentic Cantonese cuisine at Ming Court

Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Ming Court has specially curated a six-course set menu for four persons, taking guests on an extraordinary gastronomic journey. Chinese cuisine executive chef Li Yuet-Faat has handpicked a series of signature delicacies with the use of premium ingredients such as fish maw, abalone, Wagyu beef, leopard coral garoupa, and more.

Highlighted dishes include double-boiled fish maw and whelk soup with honeydew melon and pork loin; sautéed leopard coral garoupa fillet with bell pepper; and braised Wagyu beef cheek with 15-year aged dried tangerine peel. The set menu is perfect for sharing among four persons, leading gourmands to explore the flavours of authentic Cantonese cuisine.

The menu is priced at HK$4,452 per set, available for dinner from now until December 31, 2023. Langham Supper Club members can enjoy a special price of HK$3,639 per set (except September 29-30 and December 16-23, 2023).
