Available in both 7-Course Vegetarian (THB 1,500 net) and Non-Vegetarian (THB 2,200 net) options, the experience progresses through distinct regional Indian flavours:

  • Avocado Puri: Crispy, golden puris topped with creamy avocado salsa, tangy chutneys and a touch of spices. 
  • Peri-Peri Jheenga (Goa, West Coast): Hot and sour Goan style pickled peri-peri marinated prawns, flame-grilled with smoked tomato and bell pepper chutney. 
  • Murge Nawabi Seekh Kabab (Lucknow, Northern): Delicately spiced minced chicken enriched with cream and cashew, shaped on skewers and char-grilled in true nawabi style. 
  • Malabari Truffle Lamb Chop (Kerala, South Coast): Malabar spiced grilled meaty lamb chops, finished with aromatic truffle shaves, served with smoked tomato salsa.
  • Machher Pathuri (West Bengal, East India): Seabass delicately marinated with kasundi mustard spices, wrapped in banana leaf and gently steamed. It is accompanied by classic curd rice and aloo chokha.
  • Kashmiri Yakhni Lobster (Kashmir, North India): Drawing inspiration from Kashmiri royal kitchens, this dish features a silky yogurt sauce scented with fennel, cardamom, and Kashmiri spices. Guests can choose between spice-marinated grilled lobster or fig-stuffed cottage cheese kofta, paired with baby garlic naan.
  • Kombdi Sukka (Maharashtra, West Coast): A bold, dry-style coastal curry made with toasted coconut and freshly ground spices. Served alongside a flaky masala paratha, guests can opt for slow-cooked soya or chicken.
  • Filter Kapi Misu (Karnataka, South Coast): Coorg filter coffee flavoured tiramisu.
