This local bakery’s pineapple tarts are something we look out for every year. Its traditional pineapple tarts come with a soft buttery pastry that’s topped with a slightly tart pineapple jam. Innovative flavours are available, too, like the rose pineapple tart, a floral creation comprising a rose-infused tart crowned with pineapple jam; and the matcha pineapple tart, which replaces its classic pastry with a matcha one. Bittersweet matcha flavours are balanced by the gentle fruity flavours of the pineapple jam.
