The chefs planted and harvested their own turnips at a local farm in Fanling to embrace the vision of “Farm-to-Table” and to handcraft this traditional festive pudding with a meaningful purpose.

Using the finest dark brown sugar as a healthier substitute of cane sugar, this pudding has a delightful sweetness and aromatic aftertaste from the creamy coconut milk.
