Cruise Restaurant & Bar, the rooftop destination sitting atop Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong, is reinstating its popular all-you-can-eat weekly dining series. Returning on Tuesdays, the revamped Wagyu Mania dinner set features a fresh selection of starters alongside unlimited mains and quality Wagyu steaks.
New on the appetiser collection includes the refreshing Ibérico pork belly iceberg salad with onsen (soft-boiled) egg, while the sambal (Southeast Asian chili sauce) tomato roti with mozzarella and sweet basil sets a herbaceous tone for the rest of the evening. All-time favourites such as the tom kha (Thai coconut soup) clams will remain on the menu.
As always, mains are served in a free-flow format and includes fries, barbecued lamb spare ribs, roast chicken, tiger prawns and much more. A must-try is The Captain’s Sizzling Sampler, which offers three new cuts of M5 Wagyu steaks: flank, picanha and oyster blade.
Cruise’s Wagyu Mania dinner menu is available on Tuesdays and priced from HK$538 per person for a minimum of two guests, with options to add on free-flow prosecco, house red and white wines, and beer from HK$158 per person, or desserts—including a choice of ice cream, Thai milk tea crème brûlée or mango sticky rice—from HK$48 per item.
