The European restaurant at The Cordis partners with Korean skincare brand Su:m37 for a unique crossover all summer long

This summer, The Cordis’ Alibi is launching an afternoon tea collaboration with Korea’s fermentation skincare brand Su:m37. The restaurant’s chef de cuisine James Oakley is crafting a series of savoury items such as hamachi with sea urchin sabayon, chorizo and manchego toasties, and salmon tartare with coriander espuma. The afternoon tea set also includes summer-themed treats such as guava-calamansi mousse cake, lemon, yuzu hazelnut crunchy tart, pina colada delight, mango and passion fruit choux, and homemade scones with guava jam and clotted cream. The crossover afternoon tea set includes two glasses of golden pineapple cocktail, created by mixologist Leo Cheung. As part of the crossover, each guest will receive the Korean cosmetic brand’s skincare travel set which includes a hydrating glow toner, emulsion, an aura ampoule serum, and hydrating glow cream as part of the souvenir. The summer beach afternoon tea set is available from now until September 30, with a limited quantity of 10 sets per day, priced at HK$498 for two.
