Hotel Icon’s Cantonese restaurant celebrates autumn’s bountiful harvest from crops to catches
This Autumn, chef Wong Chi-Ki of Above & Beyond is launching a series of autumn dishes as part of the celebration of the season’s arrival. The restaurant’s new seasonal specials include braised sea cucumber in truffle and pumpkin broth; wok-fried wagyu beef with figs and Chinese yam; and steamed silver cod fillet with tofu and black bean sauce. The new autumn specials are available at Hotel Icon’s Chinese restaurant from now to November 30, 2020.
