3. Huckleberry: Coconut Pandan Cake, Pandan Chiffon Cake & Pandan Burnt Cheesecake
Huckleberry has three cakes on their menu which shine the spotlight on pandan: the Coconut Pandan Cake, Pandan Chiffon Cake and Pandan Burnt Cheesecake. Pictured above, the first is comprised of buttery cake layered with homemade kaya and coconut buttercream and sprinkled with coconut flakes.
Light and airy, the pandan chiffon cake is made with aromatic pandan juice and dollops of fresh kaya.

Situated in Batai Village, Yellow Brick Road is known for their creative sweet and savoury pancakes. The café's pandan-infused stacks are topped with both fresh and caramelised jackfruit, and topped with a generous scoop of salted caramel ice cream and gula Melaka sauce.

5. Fittie Sense: Pandan Gula Melaka Layer Cake
