1. A Night At The Bazaar At Blue Bar
Put aside your inhibitions and enter the funhouse—that is, Blue Bar—on December 31 for an evening of circus-themed celebrations. Guests are encouraged to dress up in their finest carnival attire, and for good reason; the best-dressed couple will receive a six-course Chef's Tasting Dinner menu at Caprice. Assistant Bar Manager Summer Lo has created three unique cocktails that will be served on the night: Magic Ball (green tea-infused gin, raspberry syrup, egg white and lemon juice), Clown's Wig (whiskey sour mixed with homemade hibiscus flower syrup, topped with popcorn), and Girl On Fire (a flaming rum-based cocktail mixed with lime juice and grapefruit, garnished with a swirly lollipop).
