Routinely nominated as one of the best bars in Singapore, Manhattan brings the grandeur of old New York charm at Conrad Singapore Orchard. Singapore’s version is named “Chilli Padi Mary”, with a powerful mix of lemongrass, bird’s eye chilli, and ginger to light up the palate.
