Hong Kong is particular about brunch, and the latest menu from Sunset Grill caters to this standard with an entirely customisable experience. Available from July 4, the reimagined weekend brunch offers bright and refreshing flavours across four courses.
A line-up of unlimited salads, antipasti and soup marks the start of the feast, each crafted with premium ingredients and the flavours of the season in mind. Highlights from the selection include mango and pomelo salad with red curry dressing, grilled prawns with crab roe mayonnaise, and lobster bisque cappuccino. Seafood lovers can choose to indulgent in six Totton Inlet Pacific XS USA oysters, half a Boston lobster or a mini seafood platter of oysters, crab legs, prawns, clams and mussels, all available at an additional price.

A choice of mains and sides follows. Guests can choose from a varied surf and turf selection that features confit duck leg with four spice squash purée, lobster bisque risotto with deep-fried Japanese oyster and a perfectly grilled Australian M4 ribeye steak with green peppercorn sauce to share. For sides, choose from a classic line-up that range from mac and cheese and creamed spinach to chips and truffle mash.
Ending the feast on a sweet note, Sunset Grill offers a dessert selection that features seasonal creations and signature items. The caramelised apple crumble delivers a light and refreshing finish, while the classic tiramisu and Bailey’s Basque cheesecake with vanilla ice cream offers something more substantial.
