Maximal Concepts’ speakeasy bar Stockton is welcoming the new year with a brand new cocktail menu with ‘origins of the species’ as its new theme. Playfully identifying 12 civilisations that were imperative to the development of both humanity and alcohol, these civilisations are illustrated through 12 new signature cocktails. Cocktail lovers can also feast on their last day of 2018 in Stockton by starting off with a series of a la carte snacks from 8:00pm, including duck Scotch eggs and truffle fat chips. Guests can look forward to the ‘reverse free-flow’ package at midnight on New Year’s Eve, where the cocktail bar’s latest new cocktails, house shots, wines and beers are offered with unlimited refills.
