Cognac takes centre stage in this unique culinary campaign in partnership with Tatler Dining from April 4-May 1. Discover the Flavours of Martell VSOP Cognac as it is reimagined by some of the country's leading chefs and restaurants. Eight top restaurants will be offering bespoke, exclusive menus featuring the exquisitely complex flavours of the elegant Martell VSOP Cognac created just for this project. The first batch of four restaurants will offer their menus from April 4-17, while the second batch of four restaurants will reveal their menus from April 18-May 1, so stay tuned!
Seeped in tradition and passion spanning 300 years, the French cognac house continues to push boundaries and offer new ways to enjoy its luscious spirit. The month-long campaign is designed to showcase the pleasantly surprising versatility of Martell VSOP, a “very superior old pale” that has been aged in barrels of fine-grained oak. This subtle change in the barrel allows for delicate woody overtones that enrich the cognac’s generous fruit aromas, lending delightfully to the savoury pairings and inventive cocktails that Gallery by Chele, No. 8 China House, Your Local, and Wildflour Italian have prepared for the first two weeks of the collaboration.

Whether you’re an avid fan of cognac or simply looking for an exciting culinary adventure, this is certainly one you won’t want to miss.
