Versatile and smooth, you will be pleasantly surprised by how well whisky pairs with Japanese food. Exclusive to the month of November during dinner time only, savour an eight-course Deluxe Tasting Menu at Fumi, and pair it with eight different Nikka whisky and cocktails.

Start the dinner with a Tuna & Avocado Salad paired with Nikka Days; followed by four bite-sized appetisers of fried fig, seared flounder sushi, crispy Miyazaki chicken and black soya bean, perfect to pair with Taketsuru Pure Malt.

The Deluxe Tasting Dinner also includes a sashimi platter of toro, ark shell and Hokkaido scallop, served with Nikka Discovery Limited edition 2021 Yoichi Non-Peated. Continue with a delicious Snow Crab Claws and Tofu Clear Soup to warm up your stomach for more hot dishes to come such as Grilled Sea Bream and Deep-fried Wagyu Beef Toast.

Finish the scrumptious feast with a seasonal fruit platter and a Nikka whisky cocktail. The menu is priced at HK$1,180 per person, with an add-on Nikka whisky pairing experience for an extra HK$498 per guest (all prices are subject to 10% service charge).
