Above Gingerbread Latte
Add some sprinkles of holiday cheer to your celebrations by sharing this MOCCONA coffee-inspired recipe with your loved ones. This Gingerbread Latte is the perfect addition to festive dessert tables or as an after-dinner indulgence—bringing together the warm, spiced flavours of the season.
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon MOCCONA instant coffee
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon gingerbread syrup
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- Whipped cream
- A sprinkle of cinnamon or crushed gingerbread cookie for garnish
Instructions:
- Dissolve 1 teaspoon of MOCCONA instant coffee in 2 tablespoons of hot water in a mug
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm
- Stir in the gingerbread syrup, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and ground ginger.
- Pour the flavoured milk into the mug with the coffee, stirring gently to mix.
