Savour a bubbly experience with an exquisite champagne tasting at Guy Savoy restaurant
Indulge in a tasting of at least 10 different champagnes at Singapour Fête le Champagne, an exclusive event to be hosted at Guy Savoy restaurant at Marina Bay Sands on September 21, 2011. No longer reserved solely for popping at celebratory occasions, champagne has found its way into the flutes of those with a taste for the complexity and diversity that the Champagne region produces.
Co-organised by Nabuchodonosor and Vitisasia, the evening event will start off with a tasting of bubbly from champagne houses such as Louis Roederer, Dom Pérignon, Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin and Perrier-Jouët, followed by a sumptuous four-course dinner prepared by Guy Savoy himself.
Dinner will be paired with three different champagnes and a prestigious red wine from Château Palmer. On-hand to showcase the champagnes at the dinner will be wine expert, Colin Hancock, and he will provide a guided explanation during the tasting. Savour the chance to not only taste these exquisite champagnes, but also to mingle with representatives from each of the champagne houses.
