Casa Restaurant by Remy Lefebvre is gracing its menu with an irresistible Sunday brunch, offering a delectable multi-course spread and free-flow tipples. Available on Sundays, between 12pm to 3pm, diners will revel in a fiesta-style menu consisting of four courses (or Acts) that showcase the art of contemporary woodfire gastronomy.
 
Each dish is inspired by the season, and Lefebvre uses classical cooking methods to draw out clean, yet bold flavours. Start your meal off with some caviar and roe before indulging in its juicy marron lobster and succulent poularde bresse (chicken). In addition to a specially curated menu each month, Lefebvre also invites renowned chefs and food enthusiasts to his 'home' every week to prepare their signature dishes for diners to relish over. 2. Artemis Grill

Artemis Grill has redesigned its dinner menu, in lieu of the recent dining restrictions, of two pax per table. From now through October 24, experience its latest seasonal dishes with its new three-course menu. Also available for à la carte dining, its extensive menu is inspired by the diverse culinary heritage of the Mediterranean.
 
Get your palate warmed up with its wide selection of appetisers, including burrata, beef tartare and octopus. From here, delve into its mains and indulge in a black Angus rib eye, consisting of 400g of juicy rib-eye, with a side of Greek salad, chimichurri and violet mustard; or savour some Iberico pork chops along with creamy polenta and caponata (chopped fried vegetables). End the night on a sweet note with a dark chocolate tart, or an Italian bomboloni. Book here.

3. Jidai

4. Mezcla

Entering Singapore’s F&B scene is Mezcla, a Japanese-Mexican taco bar serving up Japanese and Mexican flavours through a myriad of unconventional tacos and fruity margaritas.
