1. Casa Restaurant
Casa Restaurant by Remy Lefebvre is gracing its menu with an irresistible Sunday brunch, offering a delectable multi-course spread and free-flow tipples. Available on Sundays, between 12pm to 3pm, diners will revel in a fiesta-style menu consisting of four courses (or Acts) that showcase the art of contemporary woodfire gastronomy.
Each dish is inspired by the season, and Lefebvre uses classical cooking methods to draw out clean, yet bold flavours. Start your meal off with some caviar and roe before indulging in its juicy marron lobster and succulent poularde bresse (chicken). In addition to a specially curated menu each month, Lefebvre also invites renowned chefs and food enthusiasts to his 'home' every week to prepare their signature dishes for diners to relish over.
