Sage Restaurant and Wine Bar sets the stage for a romantic night. Its Valentine's Day five-course menu, available only on February 14 from 6pm to 10.30pm begins with Irish Oysters with Ikura and Hokkaido Tuna Tartare, followed by Braised Australian Abalone, Pan-Seared Tai Fish with Beurre Blanc and even caviar.
Choose one of three options for your main course: Grilled Australian and Japanese Wagyu with Wasabi Sauce, Roasted French Cod with Maine Lobster and Bisque, or Slow-Cooked Lamb Loin Pesillade with Truffle Mash and Mustard Jus. For dessert, choose between a delicate Chocolate Soufflé, Red Velvet with Grand Marnier Ice Cream or the chef’s selection of artisanal Les Fromarges.
