Raise a glass to Hong Kong's resilient hospitality industry with fine food and bubbles this November

This year, as Hong Kong's restaurant industry comes to grips with a brave new world, Tatler Dining proudly announces the return of United We Dine, an initiative that encourages the gastronomes to support the restaurant and bar community in our city.

Initially launched in March 2020, the campaign featured a 100-strong list of restaurants offering unique menus to motivate diners to lend their support, generating more than HK$2.5 million in submitted receipts and reigniting the public’s interest in dining out and supporting their favourite restaurants before it was too late.

Taking place one year after the second edition, United We Dine 2021 is launching in tandem with the inaugural Tatler Dining Champagne Guide, which features 60 labels curated by Sarah Heller MW. As such, this year's initiative offers diners the chance to sip on these rarefied champagnes by the glass, or as part of a special pairing menu at the best restaurants across the city.

From November 1 to 30, you can participate in United We Dine by eating out at any of our partner restaurants and bars, and by spreading the word about the campaign by using the hashtag #UnitedWeDine and tagging us on @unitedwedine.hk and @tatlerdininghk. Make sure to let us know why you’re supporting Hong Kong's local dining scene!

Our generous sponsors have donated prizes for a special giveaway at the end of the campaign, from a bottle of Nicolas Feuillatte Palmes d’Or Brut 2008 to a 2010 vintage from Dom Pérignon. Winners will be selected based on the best social submissions, and announced through the Tatler Dining Digest newsletter in December. So if you haven’t subscribed to our newsletter, please subscribe here by November 30. The more you dine, the more chances you have to win!
