SOULed Out Revamps Menu With 32 New Dishes
All four SOULed Out outlets have launched a new menu incorporating 32 new dishes, 14 of which were developed by celebrity chef Sapna Anand. The restaurant group will also be refining six existing recipes with the intention of introducing a fresh and diverse range of flavours.
New menu offerings include a crisp Spinach Melon Feta Salad, succulent Baby Tomahawk, Portuguese Seafood Rice and Crispy Smelt Fish.
Dishes by Chef Sapna Anand are featured in the extended Indian segment of the menu; an indulgent Railway Mutton Curry and fragrant Kerala Style Fish in Banana Leaf are just two new highlights. These new Indian additions are now available through the end of the year and indefinitely.

The expanded menu also contains curated beverages such as a refreshing Vietnamese Ginger Flower Mojito and a juice dubbed the 'Sea of Tranquility'. Not for the faint hearted, SOULed Out's Moscow Mule and Jungle Bird cocktails come in jumbo sizes.
