Relish sustainable and affordable delights in an interior inspired by the classic Californian diner

Who cares about the greasy hands, when you can feast on a succulent and flavourful burger? Officially opening at Wan Chai today, Boy n Burger promises to bring “Better burgers for everyone”—meaning quality-driven and sustainably-sourced burgers that differ from those manufactured with the typical chain model.

Featuring 20-day salt moss-aged grass and wild cereal grain-fed beef supplied by farms in the United Kingdom, diners can rest assured that what they’re eating is completely free of antibiotics. In addition to the high safety standards, this new joint sources everything else locally, or from traceable producers, from the freshest vegetables between the buns to the sweet mochi treat that makes the perfect dessert.

The classic beef burger starts at only HK$28, while burger sets cost HK$53 and include a choice of sides and an unlimited self-serve drinks refill. To spice up the burger game, choose between the chicken, fish, vegetarian options and hotdogs, or even a personalised burger with add-ons of your choice. The excitement doesn’t end here though, as the store offers a wide array of sides that are not commonly found in Hong Kong’s casual dining scene, such as the tater tots, K-pop chicken and green apple coleslaw.

With an interactive open kitchen and a dining space themed around a ‘50s-era American diner, as well as sustainably sourced ingredients that bring you comfort, this latest burger brand promises a quick burger fix at very approachable prices.
