A new seasonal menu launches at 181, the British brand's destination restaurant

To celebrate September’s arrival, 181—Fortnum & Mason's beautiful bar and dining room at K11 Musea which takes its name from the London address of Fortnum’s flagship store in Piccadilly—is delighted to announce the launch of a delicious new menu.

Rich with fresh flavours and in-season ingredients, the menu contains an abundance of new additions that are certain to burnish 181’s already stellar reputation.

Among the most eye-catching new dishes are turbot with girolles and tomatoes, scallops with crispy langoustine and fennel puree, and pork with Colcannon potatoes and white pudding.

The first dish combines tender and deliciously subtle turbot, caught off the British coast, with sautéed girolle mushrooms from France’s alpine forests, and a gorgeously rich sauce made from a base of Irish Glenarm salmon consommé.

The second new addition is inspired by scampi—a classic British ‘chip shop’ favourite—and is made with scallops and langoustines both caught off the Scottish coast; while the third dish has its roots in Ireland, and pairs truly superb pork with a puree made from salt-baked apples, hearty Colcannon mash made with a variety of seasonal greens, and Irish-made white pudding.

To discover these extraordinary creations—and much more besides—by booking your table for September.
