Fortnum & Mason, the iconic purveyor of fine foods, is putting on a strong showing of British classics at their first Hong Kong restaurant

181 at Fortnum & Mason is a traditional British restaurant with a quintessentially Hong Kong setting. Situated above the namesake store, the restaurant’s aesthetic is equal parts elegant and extravagant—think floral wallpapers and plush velvet seating. The menu offers exceptional classics, including beef Wellington—carved tableside and served with a flambéed peppercorn sauce—as well as contemporary approaches to seasonal ingredients, including a chilled cucumber soup. The knowledgeable staff can suggest pairings from the extensive wine list, while a selection of cocktails champions the zerowaste approach, using ingredients otherwise headed to landfill.

Signature Dishes

Tatler Tip

We suggest arriving a little early to better secure a seat with uninterrupted harbour views.
