With a refreshed menu and an elegant design update, Langkawi's only Chinese fine dining restaurant welcomes back diners to its splendid oceanfront space
After two long years, Hai Yan at The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi has reopened. The pandemic had been hard on everyone but the prolonged pause also offered an opportunity to re-energise, which is what had happened to Hai Yan, which is looking better than ever and poised to make a strong comeback.
Overlooking the Andaman Sea, Hai Yan, which translates to mean Treasures of the Sea in Chinese, is the resort's fine dining Chinese restaurant, and the only one of this level on the entire island.
