Easter Champagne Brunch


The Line, Shangri-La Hotel 

Partake in The Line’s Easter Champagne brunch was inspired by the CS Lewis classic, Alice in Wonderland. Based on the character, The Cook, who puts too much pepper in The Duchess’ soup, chef de cuisine Vincent Wong has created peppery dishes with an Asian touch. Some of the must-tries are the black pepper crab with man tou, bak kut teh and pepper crab fried rice. 

Classic brunch favourites are still part of the feast and you can indulge in the freshest catch of the sea from the seafood station, perfectly-grilled meats from the carvery and mouth-watering pastries from the dessert section. Adding to the conviviality, family activities are lined up throughout the day, and it includes egg and face painting, a golden goose egg treasure hunt and a screening of Tim Burton’s film adaptation of Alice in Wonderland.

Egg-stravaganza Easter Sunday Brunch


Opus, Hilton Singapore 

For the occasion, the Opus team not only presents its signature aged steaks, it has set up eight live stations where you can fulfill your desires for ocean-fresh seafood, European cheeses, prime meat cuts and mouth-watering desserts. 

No meal at Opus would be complete without meat, and the chefs plan to satiate the carnivore in you with US prime ribs, roasted pork rack, honey baked ham. You can also pick from prime cuts — Wagyu flank steak, Rangers Valley which are grilled to your preference.

Tantalising Easter Brunch


Dolce Vita, Mandarin Oriental Hotel 

Dolce Vita’s chef de cuisine, Omar Bernardi, wishes you a Happy Easter by preparing a special Italian Easter feast. It begins with an assortment of starters, followed by irresistible Italian mains — traditional lasagne, lobster linguine, red wined braised veal cheek and many more.

Super Easter Lunch

Lime at PARKROYAL on Pickering 

Egg is at the centre of Lime’s Easter festivities with tantalising creations such as the lobster eggs benedict, a 65 deg C sous vide egg atop toasted English muffin and served with spiced hollandaise sauce on the side. But of course, signatures such as the roasted Wagyu topside and duo of foie gras are still part of the spread.  

The dessert buffet has been updated with the addition of traditional chocolate Easter eggs, alongside popular favourites of green tea chocolate fountain, Nutella and banana crepes. Making it a family affair, the celebration is complemented with activities such as the bouncy castle and Easter egg hunt.

Led by Senso’s director of kitchen, chef Yves Schmid, the team has curated a menu that highlights Italy’s best dishes and seasonal produce for their Easter Pasqua Brunch. 

One of the brunch highlights is the risotto station, where the chef is ready to serve up its signature rice dish, made more indulgent with ingredients such as Morel mushrooms, green peas and pecorino cheese. Other highlights are based on the season and include the broccoli with gorgonzola cheese, lamb chop with fragrant garlic sauce alongside green asparagus and rosemary. Cap off the experience with an unlimited serving of prosecco wine and other beverages.
