This holiday season, Maximal Concepts’ modern Chinese establishment John Anthony is offering special tasting menus. Guests can indulge in signature dishes from two different menus on offer, beginning with a glass of champagne or signature infused gin and tonic to start. Each of the establishment’s celebratory menus showcase 10 to 13 dishes, from notable plates such as smoked duck eggs with Manchurian roe and huadiao jelly, Australian grass-fed beef short-rib charsiu, crispy free-range chicken with foie gras pate, to premium dishes such as whole-braised abalone, Hokkaido scallops in truffle jus and whole crab sticky rice with lobster and conpoy. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are also available during the promotional period.
