The Mid-Autumn Festival will be rolling by soon. The 15th day of the eighth lunar month is always celebrated joyfully with lanterns and, of course, mooncakes. Traditional mooncakes have sweet fillings, either lotus seeds or red bean paste. These days, they contain a variety of ingredients, with some rather imaginative creations.
