If the queues are anything to go by, Swiss native Gregoire Michaud’s Bakehouse is one of the most popular bakery-cafes in the neighbourhood—if not all of Hong Kong. With a stellar repertoire in the bakery and pastry world, including eight years experience as the executive pastry chef of Four Seasons Hong Kong, Gregoire is best known for his artisanal croissants and sourdough egg tarts, which are available for takeaway or dine-in. There's also a hearty brunch menu that features Bakehouse's best-selling toasted sourdough in most items.
