For dinner, guests of Oceania Cruises can enjoy three new menus including the new Executive Chef’s Food & Wine Pairing at The Grand Dining Room, where the chef expertly curates both the culinary dishes and wine.

At The Grand Dining Room, guests have a say when it comes to their dining experience — to an extent that they can customise the course meal and the kinds of dishes to be served. They can choose over 800 sumptuously made dishes throughout their stay and two dozen every night. Savour the flavours of the world through Oceania Cruises' Global Cuisine tasting in one sitting. Guests can also enjoy four courses that are carefully selected by master chefs aboard which are paired with the head sommelier's choice of four different luscious wines to complement the dishes.
