Talk about BFF goals: This gorgeous duo recently attended the LACMA's 10th annual Art + Film Gala last Saturday and they were simply inseparable. Squid Game rising star Jung Ho-yeon posted a snap with Blackpink's Jennie Kim to her Instagram story, where the besties stunned all with their floor-length black gowns as they posed in front of the Los Angeles museum's iconic Urban Light public art piece.

The pair first met at Paris Fashion Week a while ago and Jung told Teen Vogue that she gets along so well with Kim because they're close in age and have similar careers in the entertainment industry.

Even when she catapulted to stardom after the success of Squid Game, she said that Kim always stuck by her side. "She has been fully supportive of my new acting career and I believe that she's a true angel," Jung said. "I can't really express how grateful I am to her."

2. Park Seo-Joon and Choi Woo-Shik

The extremely close pair first became friends when they starred together in the 2012 Korean sitcom Shut Up Family. During a recent episode of the reality show Summer Vacation, Choi spoke fondly about his friendship with the Dream star. In fact, Park also had a cameo as Min-hyuk, a close friend of Choi's character in Parasite.

"We appeared together on the program Shut Up Family. I’m his senior by six months. Seo-joon couldn’t even look at me back then. I basically raised him, when he was all flustered and didn’t even know where the cameras were," Choi said on Soompi.

3. Lee Min-Ho and Jung Il-Woo

If there is ever an award for the longest friendship in the Korean celebrity world, this duo is sure to get it as their bond long precedes their stardom and popularity. The pair have known each other since they were in high school and even though Lee Min-Ho and Jung Il-Woo did not attend the same school, they became friends through mutual friends.

Jung once said he had heard about Lee Min Ho's popularity due to his good looks.

"When we were in high school, he was at the school next to me and he was really famous among the students. He was well-known for his good looks, so I heard about him before I ever met him," he said.

Although they were teenagers when they met, the actor revealed that their friendship and bond have matured with time.

4. IU and Yoo In-Na

Best friends since 2010, the two stars met on a variety show Heroes and they have stuck with each other since. From travelling together, getting matching rings together and even living in the same building, the bond between singer IU and actress Yoo In-Na is an endearing one.

IU dedicated the title “my muse, my star” to Yoo when she received the Album of the Year award at the 2017 Melon Music Awards, and wrote the song "You" about missing Yoo when she was filming a drama at a location with no phone or internet signal.

In a 2018 interview with Chosun newspaper, Yoo also said that IU is someone she will not hesitate to care for, adding that the two depend on each other and that they are companions for life.

5. Hyeri and Rosé

These besties met on the show DoReMi Market and became friends after Hyeri reached out and asked for Rosé’s number.

When the two made another appearance on the same show, Rosé said that she was nervous about extending that initial invite to meet up because she was a fan of Hyeri. The two share a tight bond where Hyeri revealed that the two meet frequently and when they don’t have time for that, they video call each other instead.

As die-hard foodies, Hyeri’s YouTube channel and their social media accounts feature plenty of videos and photos of them enjoying food at restaurants, bakeries and cafes. Rosé even recently sent a food truck to Hyeri’s drama shoot as a Christmas Eve surprise.
