Local entrepreneur Kim Lim is about to tie the knot after her surprise announcement on Instagram that she is officially engaged.
On September 30, Lim, who is the daughter of Singaporean billionaire Peter Lim, posted a photo of her hugging her new fiancé.
She wrote in the caption: “After one big big [sic] round (years), finally opened my eyes big big [sic]. Yes to you a thousand times over and over again!”

While she chose not to reveal the identity of her fiancé, she did tag him in the photo—although it is a private account, adding another layer of mystery to his identity.
Lim later posted another picture from the engagement telling her followers that she was tricked by her friends who convinced her that she was attending a fitting for a shoot. However, it turned out to be a surprise engagement for her.
She later showed off her diamond ring on Instagram Stories amidst a stream of congratulatory messages from celebrities including Fann Wong, Ase Wang and Desmond Tan.
This will be Kim’s second marriage after she divorced Kho Bin Kai after the pair were married for over three years. They share a four-year-old son together.
